Job Description

Role Overview: As a BIM Electrical Modeler at Buro Happold in Mumbai, you will be responsible for the digital delivery of MEP systems design. You will play a crucial role in the design delivery and integration of projects, ensuring the seamless sharing of information and developing excellent team relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the digital delivery of MEP models and task information throughout the project lifecycle - Support the BIM manager in delivering digital outputs and sharing information with other discipline teams - Task level management of the BIM model - Represent Buro Happold in client and design team interactions - Develop and maintain team relationships through successful project execution - Coordinate MEP deliverables and standardization - Support the development of Revit skills for the MEP team Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in software such as HAP, IES, Revit, Dialux, Amtech, and BIM platform - Preference for experience in residential and commercial projects in India, especially high-rise buildings Additional Company Details: At Buro Happold, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including comprehensive health insurance for you and your family.
