Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler located in Ghatal. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models, developing construction documentation, and implementing BIM processes. Daily tasks include working closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to develop and maintain accurate and high-quality BIM models. The role also involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met. Job Role Create detailed Precast & Rebar models in Revit Prepare shop drawings, bar bending schedules, and fabrication details Coordinate with structural engineers & project teams Ensure models follow industry standards & client requirements Requirements 2+ years of experience in BIM modeling for Precast & Rebar Strong hands-on experience in Revit Understanding of steel reinforcement, connections, and detailing Ability to read and interpret structural drawings Good communication & teamwork skills Location: Ghatal, West Bengal Salary: As per industry standards Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Ghatal, West Bengal: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred) Experience: Revit: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
