BIM Modeler

As a BIM Modeler (CTB) at our company, your role will involve coordinating and integrating Revit models across multiple disciplines. You will be responsible for performing clash detection using Navisworks and ensuring timely resolution of issues. Additionally, you will set up and maintain BIM templates, model structures, and project folder systems. It will be your duty to ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and client-specific standards, maintain data integrity, file naming conventions, and documentation accuracy. You will lead coordination meetings, track model progress, and prepare detailed reports. Delivering federated models and coordination outputs as per project timelines will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and integrate Revit models across multiple disciplines. - Perform clash detection using Navisworks and ensure timely resolution of issues. - Set up and maintain BIM templates, model structures, and project folder systems. - Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and client-specific standards. - Maintain data integrity, file naming conventions, and documentation accuracy. - Lead coordination meetings, track model progress, and prepare detailed reports. - Deliver federated models and coordination outputs as per project timelines. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience as a BIM Modeler working on CTB projects. - Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. - Strong understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and project coordination.
