BIM Modeler - MEP Interiors

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Modeler - MEP Interiors, in Pune. The role involves developing and managing Building Information Models, creating detailed construction drawings, and collaborating on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) designs. The BIM Modeler will work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure accurate, efficient modelling and documentation for interior projects.

Reporting Location: Project Site, Pune

Qualifications

• Familiarity with interior design projects is a must
• Proficiency in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and experience with industry-standard software
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their application in interior projects
• Expertise in developing and interpreting Construction Drawings
• Background in Architecture or related fields
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and coordination skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
