BIM Manager

We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager with strong skills in CAD and BIM workflows for US architectural and MEP projects. Candidates must have solid Scan-to-BIM experience and be confident managing end-to-end BIM production.

Responsibilities:

• Lead BIM production for architecture and MEP projects.
• Manage Scan-to-BIM modeling from point cloud data.
• Maintain BIM standards and QA/QC processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and US clients.
• Review models for accuracy, LOD, and quality.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of BIM experience.
• Strong Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks knowledge.
• Experience in architecture, Scan-to-BIM, and MEP modeling.
• Good communication and project coordination skills.
• Understanding of US construction documentation.
