Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Manager located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The BIM Manager will oversee and coordinate Building Information Modeling processes, ensure seamless integration of Architecture and MEP designs, and manage Scan-to-BIM projects. Responsibilities include leading BIM coordination meetings, providing technical guidance to team members, ensuring data accuracy, managing project timelines, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outputs. The position requires effective communication skills, a strong understanding of standards, and a focus on driving innovation within projects.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination
• Proficiency in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes and Architecture
• Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Strong project management and leadership skills to oversee multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent understanding of building codes, standards, and guidelines
• Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and related platforms
• Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
• Previous experience in managing Scan-to-BIM and point cloud data processing projects is advantageous
