Qualifications
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Engineering Consultancy Firms.Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering and BIM Management.Strong understanding of interoperability between Revit and other discipline-specific software, with knowledge of the Revit, Rhino, etc.
Experience In Middle East Projects Will Be Highly Preferred.

- Demonstrated experience in project set-up, design models, and the ability to stay current with emerging digital tools and technologies, integrating them into project workflows and building services practices.
- Lead the development and coordination of discipline-specific and multi-disciplinary BIM models, ensuring compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project standards.
- Manage BIM processes across all project stages—from concept through construction to handover—while generating and overseeing 2D deliverables (plans, sections, elevations, and details).
- Take responsibility for project delivery, including design and construction stage management, fee delivery, profitability, quality, and adherence to deadlines.
- Represent the practice at project level, prepare proposals, present to clients, and support fee negotiations, including identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Supervise and mentor small teams of engineers and technicians, and form project teams using internal and external resources as required.
- Support business operations through project planning, resource procurement, and achieving targeted chargeable time (95%).

BIM Function
- Define and agree the structural design philosophy and ensure the BIM model accurately represents structural intent, components, and coordination requirements.
- Oversee structural model health, compliance, and quality by conducting regular audits and applying BIM quality tools (e.g., Revit Warnings, Model Checker).
- Ensure the accuracy, coordination, and presentation of structural BIM deliverables, including correct drawing extraction, view templates, title blocks, annotations, and submission reviews.
- Coordinate closely with structural engineers and technicians, reviewing deliverables at key stages to maintain consistency, technical accuracy, and quality assurance across the team.
- Lead digital optimization for structural workflows by supporting automation, parametric modelling, and computational design tools.
- Apply strong structural engineering knowledge—including concept and detailed design, buildability, construction techniques, analytical principles, and CAD/3D standards—while managing QA processes within the structural BIM team.
QHSE Responsibilities
- Understand, implement and follow 9E QHSE policies.
- Implement and coordinate QHSE procedures in your workplace.
- Comply with local regulatory authority guidelines and laws pertaining to QHSE.
- Report any QHSE incidents immediately to 9E QHSE Dept. and to legal authorities if required.
- Abide Client/Contractor QHSE requirements and acquire site induction before mobilizing at sites.
