Job Description

As a Team Lead (BIM Structures) in Pune, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of Engineers/Modelers in the Structural BIM department. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading a team of Engineers/Modelers to ensure quality and timely delivery of error-free projects. - Coordinating with clients through calls and emails to discuss project requirements. - Developing checklists and guidelines to maintain and control quality standards. - Creating project schedules, RFIs, and allocating work to the team. - Reviewing RFQs in detail and collaborating with teams and the delivery head to submit proposals. - Ensuring compliance with Neilsoft procedures, rules, and regulations, and guiding the team to adhere to these procedures. - Providing hands-on support to the team on technical requirements and addressing any project-related issues efficiently. - Coaching, guiding, and training team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. - Engaging with clients to build trust and ensure a continuous flow of work. Qualification / Skillset requirements for this role include: - Minimum 6+ years of experience in the BIM ecosystem. - Strong communication skills. - Experience as a Team Lead with a team size of more than 5 members. - Good technical understanding of various types of structures and construction materials. - Experience working on overseas projects/outsourcing industry. - Hands-on experience with Revit, Navisworks, and Shop drawings creation. Experience with fabrication drawings is advantageous. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be responsible for managing the team's BIM needs, guiding and training them on BIM processes and workflows as necessary. You will collaborate with the Delivery head to enhance the team's capabilities and stay updated with new BIM developments to ensure the team's proficiency in the latest technologies.,
