BIM Engineer - MEP

Job Description

Experience: 1 - 3 years Software: Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks Location: Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi Mode of Work : Work from Office We are looking for an enthusiastic MEP BIM Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in MEP services, who is proficient in using Revit software. The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced BIM team, supporting the development and delivery of a range of projects. Responsibility: Develop MEP models using Autodesk Revit software Work Independently or in collaboration with the Design or BIM team to ensure all project requirements are met. Create and maintain families, templates and libraries as per project requirements. Generate drawings, schedules, and other project documents as required. Attend meetings with clients and other project stakeholders. Coordinate with other disciplines (architecture, Interior, structure, Facade) in the BIM environment. Resolve design issues and clashes as they arise Keep up to date with industry developments and standards Skills Required: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or relevant field 1-3 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling using Revit Familiarity with the BIM process and workflows Proficiency in Revit software Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as within a team Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software If you are passionate about BIM and have a desire to work on challenging and innovative projects, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
