Job Summary:

BIM Engineer

1. BIM Strategy Support

• Assist in implementing the company’s 

  BIM strategy and workflows

   in project delivery.
• Contribute to process improvement by suggesting ways to enhance model efficiency and coordination.

2. BIM Production & Coordination

• Develop and maintain 

  BIM models

   for architectural and structural disciplines using 

  Autodesk Revit

   and 

  Navisworks

  .
• Support 

  interdisciplinary coordination

   by linking models and assisting in clash detection processes.
• Generate accurate 

  drawings, schedules, and reports

   from BIM models.

3. Standards & Quality

• Follow established 

  BIM standards, templates, and protocols

  .
• Ensure 

  model accuracy, consistency, and quality

   throughout all project phases.
• Support 

  QA/QC checks

   on model deliverables.

4. Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and other design disciplines to ensure smooth 

  information exchange

  .
• Participate in coordination meetings and assist in resolving model-based issues.

5. Technology & Innovation

• Learn and assist in implementing 

  BIM 360/ACC

   workflows for model sharing and collaboration.
• Explore and support 

  automation tools

   like 

  Dynamo

   for model optimization.
• Assist in integrating 

  VR visualization tools

   or digital QA/QC reviews when required.

6. Learning & Development

• Participate in ongoing 

  training programs

   to strengthen technical BIM skills.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in 

  BIM technologies and standards (e.g., ISO 19650)

  .

7. Client & Project Support

• Prepare 

  model-based presentations and visualizations

   to communicate design intent.
• Support BIM Leads in responding to client BIM requirements and ensuring deliverable compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

   in Architecture, Civil, or Structural Engineering.

• 2 year of experience

   working as a BIM Modeler / BIM Engineer in the Architecture or Structure domain.
• Proficiency in 

  Autodesk Revit

  , 

  Navisworks

  , and familiarity with 

  BIM 360/ACC

  .
• Understanding of 

  architectural and structural design principles

  .
• Basic knowledge of 

  BIM standards

   and coordination workflows.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with 

  parametric family creation

   and 

  LOD specifications

  .
• Exposure to 

  Dynamo

  , 

  Twinmotion

  , 

  Enscape

  , or 

  VR-based visualization tools

  .
• Knowledge of 

  project coordination processes

   and 

  model-based QA/QC

  .
