Role - BIM Co-ordinator Location Udaipur, Sehore Key accountabilities BIM management and implementation: Develop and implement BIM execution plans tailored to the project staging Manage and maintain the projects BIM model, ensuring data integrity and accuracy Develop and establish the level of details framework needed for each stage of the project Develop and establish the BIM protocol and ensure all stakeholders adhere to them Coordination and Collaboration: Facilitate regular BIM co-ordination meetings with various parties Compliance and Quality Assurance: Training and Education: Provide support to team members BIM requirements and best practices. Train and develop the teams understanding of BIM, fully realising its potential Knowledge and experience needed Proficiency in English and Hindi Proficiency in AutoDesk Revit, Revit BIM 360, AutoCAD Employee engagement activities in accordance with local practices. Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of BIM software use and projects delivered from start to completion Needs to be an independent worker, focused on delivering results, through a strong focus on quality, compliance and detail orientation Passionate about construction, details and planning
