BIM Architect

As an Architect in our company, you will be responsible for controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative, and functional design. Your role will involve exploring alternate designs, working towards achieving project goals, and understanding client requirements. It is essential to maintain communication with clients, project managers, team members, and project stakeholders. You will be expected to implement tasks and project expectations while compiling project specifications. Additionally, conducting on-site visits to monitor project status and providing reports on the project will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Control projects from start to finish, ensuring high quality and innovative design - Explore alternate designs to meet project goals - Understand and fulfill client requirements - Maintain communication with clients, project managers, team members, and stakeholders - Implement tasks and project expectations while compiling project specifications - Conduct on-site visits to monitor project status and provide reports Qualifications Required: - Graduation from an accredited architectural program with a minimum Bachelor of Architecture degree (preferred) - 3-5 years of experience in the field of Architecture - Ability to understand client requirements and demonstrate knowledge in all project stages - General understanding of codes, building systems, components, and construction methods - Strong communication and project organizational skills - Team player with problem-solving skills and a self-learning attitude - Proficiency in BIM Modeling, Documentation, Content development, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation. Additional skills in these areas are advantageous - Ability to comprehend and develop Structural drawings for various building project stages Preferred Software Experience: - Mandatory minimum of 2 years of Revit experience - Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and any CAD Application - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) (Note: No additional company details were provided in the job description.),
