Job Title: Billing Manager – Civil Projects Location: Pune / Project Sites Company: Floor-Space India Pvt Ltd Experience- 3-7 years Key Responsibilities: Prepare & verify client and subcontractor bills Manage RA bills, BOQ tracking, and work orders Coordinate with site engineers and clients for quantity validation Ensure billing complies with GST, TDS, and contractual terms Maintain billing records, reconciliation sheets, and reports Requirements: Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering 3–7 years’ experience in construction billing (warehousing/industrial preferred) Strong in Excel and understanding of construction drawings Good communication & coordination skills Show more Show less
