Invoice Generation: Prepare accurate invoices based on completed work and contract terms for engineering and construction projects. Project Cost Tracking: Coordinate with project managers to track and verify labor, material, and subcontractor costs for billing. Billing Reconciliation: Ensure all billable work is documented and reconciled with project progress. Client Communication: Handle client inquiries and resolve any billing disputes or discrepancies. Documentation: Maintain organized records of invoices, contracts, and supporting documents. Aged Receivables & Collections: Follow up on overdue invoices and assist with collections efforts. Reporting: Generate reports on billing status, accounts receivable, and project financial health. Compliance: Ensure billing processes comply with legal, tax, and company policies.
