Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare client invoices based on services availed.
2. Maintain and update client records, including charge updates to accounts.3. Send reminders for delayed payments.4. Receive, organize, and update incoming payments from clients.5. Identify and resolve issues with billing, such as discrepancies, billing errors, or late payments.6. Prepare periodic reports to track expenses and inventory.7. Submit reimbursement claims after verifying authenticity and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.8. Address billing inquiries, delayed payments, and other issues using software and business process automation.9. Conduct in-depth analysis to improve company cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
