Billing Executive / Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Billing & Invoicing

• Generate accurate bills and invoices for gold jewelry, bullion, coins, or ornaments sold.

• Enter sales transactions into the billing system with correct item details, weights, purity, and prices.

• Apply daily gold rates and making charges as per company policy.

• Verify product codes, discounts, and tax calculations before finalizing bills.

• Print, verify, and issue invoices, receipts, and supporting documents to customers.

2. Data Entry & Record Management

• Update and maintain accurate records of daily sales, returns, and exchanges in the system.

• Enter customer details (KYC data) and product information into the database.

• Assist in stock reconciliation by entering purchase and sales data promptly.

• Maintain digital and physical filing of invoices and related records for audit purposes.

3. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with the sales and accounts departments to ensure billing accuracy.

• Communicate any discrepancies, rate mismatches, or product errors to relevant departments.

• Support the finance team in preparing daily sales reports and summaries.

4. Customer Service

• Handle billing-related customer queries politely and efficiently.

• Provide correct information regarding product pricing, taxes, and billing details.

• Ensure a smooth and professional billing experience at the counter or point of sale.
