Prepare and manage shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, labels).
Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and deliveries .Track shipments and update
internal systems and stakeholders regularly.
Ensure timely dispatch of orders from warehouse/factory.
Verify and maintain records of shipments, delivery confirmations, and return orders.
Assist in logistics cost optimization and partner evaluation.
Handle order processing through e-commerce portals or ERP software.
Manage inventory movement related to outbound logistics.
Liaise with customer service for addressing shipping-related queries or complaints.
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and internal SOPs.
