Billing Engineer

As a Quantity Surveyor, your role will involve studying the Bill of Quantity (BOQ), verifying certified RA bills, preparing monthly reconciliation statements of building material, estimating and costing, conducting rate analysis, handling back-to-back contractor billing, maintaining and balancing project income, preparing bills of quantities, preparing subcontractor bills, taking measurements from site engineers, checking and certifying bills and invoices, and preparing reconciliation statements. Key Responsibilities: - Study the Bill of Quantity (BOQ). - Verify certified RA bills. - Prepare monthly reconciliation statements of building material. - Estimate and cost projects. - Conduct rate analysis. - Handle back-to-back contractor billing. - Maintain and balance project income. - Prepare bills of quantities. - Prepare subcontractor bills. - Take measurements from site engineers. - Check and certify bills and invoices. - Prepare reconciliation statements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. - Proven experience in a similar role. - Strong analytical and mathematical skills. - Excellent attention to detail. - Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
