Job Description:-

• Manage unbilled payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing for services rendered.
• Monitor sales activities and provide regular reports on performance metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to clarify billing queries and contract terms.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and payments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to billing and contract management processes.

Key Requirements

• Proven 2-3 yrs of experience in billing, Tender knowledge,contract management, or financial analysis, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
• Strong knowledge of tender processes and documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
