Job Description

Role & responsibilities Compilation /preparation of transfer pricing report in Form 3CEB Co-management of preparation of TP Documentation including benchmarking study and any other transfer pricing compliance Preparing submissions/appeals/letters in relation to transfer pricing litigation, appearing before the tax authorities, preparation of supporting work papers for transfer pricing related matters Coordinating with Auditors for Annual Statutory Audit / Tax Audit and other Internal Audit requirements Preferred candidate profile M.Com/ MBA with 6- 8 years of experience Detailed understanding of transfer pricing provisions and regulations Knowledge and working experience of transfer pricing compliances such as preparation of TP documentation, Form 3CEB and other compliance forms Knowledge and working experience about transfer pricing litigation matters such as preparation of submission, research on technical issues, representation before the transfer pricing authorities, etc. Team handling experience is required for this role Looking for 0-60 Days' notice period candidates only Job Type : Permanent Salary: 12L - 16L Shift: 11AM - 8PM Interested candidates drop your profile to ramji@livecjobs.com or else call me Ramji +91-8297041110
