The ideal candidate should have prior experience in online bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or similar portals, along with excellent communication and client engagement skills
**Key Responsibilities**Identify, shortlist, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other online platforms Prepare well-structured, customized proposals based on client requirements Engage with potential clients through messaging and calls to understand project needs Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary technical inputs for proposals Manage and track bidding activity, lead pipeline, and conversion metrics Build strong professional relationships with clients to support long-term engagement Meet weekly and monthly business development targets **Required Skills & Competencies**Strong written and verbal communication skills Hands-on experience with Upwork or similar bidding platforms Understanding of IT services (web/app development, software solutions, digital marketing, etc) Ability to analyze client requirements and align them with company capabilities Good negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills Self-driven, organized, and able to work in a target-driven environment
