Bid & Project Digitalization Specialist

Role Overview: At Alstom, you will play a crucial role in the Tender and Project Office (TPO) transformation by assisting tender and project teams with valuable business intelligence and reporting tools. Your primary responsibility will involve participating in BI reporting development projects, maintaining existing reporting tools, and contributing to the fast decision-making process of project and bid managers. Key Responsibilities: - Understand data needs, locate data sources, and present them efficiently using BI tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, or Qlik Sense. - Collect, specify, and develop appropriate architecture with IT partners based on business needs. - Ensure quality data checking for relevance and reliability. - Actively participate in BI tests for new business solutions. - Manage testing, validating, and deployment of new BI applications. - Maintain and update existing BI reporting tools, including user access management and data extractions. - Develop dashboards for KPIs and project/tender metrics. - Coordinate with stakeholders to develop process improvement reports. - Perform training for end users on BI tools developed and deployed. - Propose process improvements/changes based on analysis results. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Master-level degree in IT (software engineering). - 5+ years of experience in developing and designing business intelligence systems. - Good experience with Power BI, Power Platform (e.g. Power Automate and Power Apps), and/or Qlik Sense. - Ability to propose and develop digital solutions using the Power Platform.
