Job Description

The Bid Coordinator s main responsibilities include coordinating input and content from a range of stakeholders, producing professionally-written, deadline-driven proposal content that clearly communicates the company s value proposition to support customised responses to formal, client issued requests for proposals. Additionally, the Bid Coordinator responds to requests for information from our business development team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple requests and collaborating closely with bid managers, subject matter experts and business development leads to co-develop customised, client-focused responses for prospective clients. Responsibilities Coordinating input and content from a range of bid process stakeholders Re-drafting existing pre-written content, ensuring it is presented professionally and in line with company voice and visual identity Producing professionally-written, deadline-driven proposal content that communicates the company s value proposition Assisting in developing the structure of proposal responses Managing RFIs / proposal decks Assisting Bid Managers on RFPs Supporting Business Development and other stakeholders with ad-hoc requests Contributing information to various knowledge management systems Data entry of bid details in Salesforce CRM system
