BI Publisher Specialist (Payroll)

As an experienced professional with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in the Recruiting module, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing reports and templates using Oracle BI Publisher. Your responsibilities will include: - Writing complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and report on recruiting data effectively. - Developing HCM Extracts to integrate recruiting data into downstream systems and ensure data accuracy. - Designing custom reports and templates for various recruiting processes such as candidate tracking, job requisitions, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics. - Collaborating with recruiting teams, business analysts, and HR stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and provide customized reporting solutions. - Maintaining detailed documentation for BI Publisher reports, data models, templates, and HCM Extracts to adhere to development best practices.
