As a WiFi Communication Engineer at Bholanath Precision Engineering Pvt. Your responsibilities will include developing and enhancing wireless communication systems for IoT and embedded applications, integrating WiFi modules into microcontroller-based systems, and writing efficient code for wireless communication protocols. You will play a crucial role in implementing security standards such as WPA2, WPA3, TLS/SSL for secure WiFi communication, as well as analyzing performance and troubleshooting network issues using tools like Wireshark and spectrum analyzers. Additionally, you will work on RF and antenna optimization to improve wireless coverage and efficiency, develop WiFi-to-cloud integrations for real-time data monitoring, and ensure regulatory compliance with IEEE 802.11 standards and industry best practices. Role Summary Drive B2B sales by managing enquiries end-to-end: prepare quotations/proposals, handle client communication and follow-ups, understand customer needs and suggest the right products/solutions. Key Responsibilities Qualify inbound/outbound enquiries and maintain a healthy lead pipeline (CRM/Excel). Prepare accurate quotations, techno-commercial proposals as required. Conduct requirement-gathering calls; map client pain points to the right products. Follow up on quotes and push deals to closure within timelines. Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, delivery dates and order processing. Negotiate terms within approved limits; support PO, advance and payments. Maintain weekly reports: enquiries, quotes, win/loss, competitors and forecast. Build and nurture relationships with key accounts and channel partners. Learn product specs and present basic value propositions to customers. Must-Have Qualifications & Skills 2–3 years of B2B sales experience (industrial/automation/electrical/electronics preferred ).
