As a Senior Academic Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth academic operations of the school. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating and supervising day-to-day academic activities. - Implementing lesson plans, academic calendars, and teaching schedules effectively. - Maintaining alignment with the CBSE syllabus and academic standards. - Monitoring students" academic progress and devising strategies for improvement. - Supporting teachers through observations, feedback sessions, and academic guidance. - Ensuring smooth coordination between departments for academic consistency. - Organizing and overseeing academic events like tests, assessments, workshops, and competitions. - Providing timely academic reports and updates to senior management. Qualifications required for this role are: - Masters Degree in any subject (Science background preferred). - B.Ed (Regular) is mandatory. - Minimum 4+ years of teaching and academic coordination experience. - Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum, planning, and assessment. - Excellent communication, organization, and team-handling skills. - Ability to mentor faculty members and contribute to continuous academic improvement.
