Job Summary:We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to drive the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent for our organization. This role will focus on blue-collar and white-collar recruitment, employer branding, and improving hiring strategies to meet business needs.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top talent across all levels, with a strong focus on blue-collar workforce recruitment (e.g., lifting supervisors, technicians, operators, drivers). Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Utilize job portals, local agencies, contractors, labor suppliers, social media, and employee referrals for sourcing candidates. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for blue-collar and critical positions to reduce hiring lead time. Conduct salary benchmarking and negotiate compensation packages. Recruitment Operations:Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment MIS reports. Coordinate interview schedules and feedback collection. Ensure compliance with labor laws, hiring policies, and company HR standards. Conduct reference and background checks for final selections. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:Strengthen the companys employer brand, especially for blue-collar hiring, by engaging in recruitment marketing initiatives. Build relationships with vocational training institutes, labor contractors, and local employment offices. Enhance candidate experience through seamless communication and feedback loops. Represent the company at job fairs, career expos, and industrial hiring events. Process Optimization & Stakeholder Management:Analyze recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements for efficiency. Train and guide junior HR team members on blue-collar and white-collar recruitment best practices. Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies, labor contractors, and government employment schemes. Requirements:Experience: 4+ years in recruitment, with a strong focus on blue-collar hiring in industrial, waste management, or manufacturing sectors. Skills: Strong sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Tech Proficiency: Experience with ATS, HRMS, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), and blue-collar hiring platforms like JobHai and WorkIndia Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills. Preferred: Experience working with labor laws, compliance, and contract workforce management.
