Job Description

1. Role & responsibilities Develop and oversee the brand strategy to facilitate the expansion of new or existing categories and products Collaborate with creative agencies, media outlets, and production houses to strategize and implement brand campaigns across various channels, including digital, television, out-of-home, Radio, BTL Develop product videos and collaterals, curate partner testimonials, enhance employee engagement, design marketing mailers, and coordinate event collaterals, among other duties Execute targeted marketing campaigns, initiatives and research to enhance product and customer awareness and maintain the relevance of Bharat connect (formerly known as Bharat BillPay) brand across markets Oversee Bharat connect brand to ensure uniform brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels, both digital and offline. Uphold brand guidelines and monitor brand performance in the market Formulate strategize to drive marketing campaigns and communications, aiming to enhance product branding, positioning and build client relationships in specific geographic decisions Engage with Bharat connect ecosystem partners to coordinate co-marketing efforts and identify opportunities for brand synergy and growth Continuously assess markets and explore new marketing initiatives and campaigns by monitoring developments and market trends in the regions with potential business opportunities and provide support to the business development team in client solutioning Work closely with the operations and product development teams to recognize and address partner and other relevant entity requirements and inquiries in a proactive manner Collaborate with leaders across channels to align efforts in driving the transformation and adoption of Bharat connect offerings and services as a recognized brand 2. Preferred candidate profile A. Primary Skills: Deep understanding of Brand marketing fundamentals Analytical Mindset with a focus on market research and customer/client centric approach Effective interpersonal abilities and presentation skills for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders Ability to analyse data and solve problems using a data-driven approach Passionate about networking and having strong negotiating skills B. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing Prior experience in handling brand communications and agency Prior experience in developing brand concepts Expertise in running ATL and BTL marketing campaigns Knowledge of payment networks and corresponding marketing strategies and initiatives Ability to influence strategic decision makers Effective communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge about digital payments is an added benefit About Bharat Connect (Formerly known as Bharat Billpay Ltd)- The Bharat Connect is a Reserve Bank of India (RBI) conceptualized system driven by National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI).
