We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance Department and manage day-to-day financial operations of the hospital. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and statements. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage hospital billing, vendor payments, payroll, and reconciliations. Handle TDS, GST, and other statutory compliances. Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. Support management with financial analysis for decision-making. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (CA/ICWA preferred but not mandatory). Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital sector. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, ERP, or hospital billing software). Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
