This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Data Analytics, Data Science, Campaign, Digital, and Customer Experience Center, while learning to contribute to the execution of key projects and strategies. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for effectively supporting these initiatives and driving results. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the BFSI business segment in developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability. Manage the MarTech, CRM, and client retention programs to enhance customer lifetime value (CLV). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Campaign, Data Analytics, Data Science, Digital, and Customer Experience, to foster teamwork and innovation. Help implement customer lifecycle management (CLM) strategies to optimize the customer journey and improve experience. Track and analyze key metrics to assess campaign success and drive continuous improvement. Stay current with industry trends in MarTech, CRM, and BFSI to identify growth opportunities. Apply knowledge of BFSI, Mutual Funds, and client servicing to enhance customer engagement. Support campaign management activities, ensuring timely execution and optimal results. Use basic MS Excel proficiency for analysis and deriving actionable insights from data. Qualifications: Experience in MarTech, CRM, and campaign management in the BFSI sector. Knowledge of BFSI, Mutual Funds, client servicing, and campaign management strategies. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to shared goals. Understanding of customer retention and lifecycle management principles. Familiarity with data analytics and using insights to improve marketing and customer experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with internal teams and external stakeholders. Proactive, results-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
