Sales Intern Seniority: Entry-level / Internship Duration : 2 months Location: Pune (On-site only) Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Travel Required: Up to 75% of the time Requirements: Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver's license Roles and Responsibilities Learn to represent the company's products and services, develop comprehensive product knowledge, and conduct compelling product demonstrations to meet customer needs Work towards achieving weekly and monthly lead generation targets by implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics Generate leads and build relationships through cold calling, emails, in-person meetings, and strategic daily planning to identify new sales opportunities Assist in developing territory action plans using data analysis, and learn to adjust sales techniques based on field interactions and results Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments; handle objections professionally and clearly articulate product value to close sales and secure long-term contracts Identify prospects, set appointments, and make effective qualifying sales calls Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipelines- and provide management with reports on customer needs, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services Gain hands-on experience in driving revenue growth while maintaining exceptional client relationships and service standards Continuously improve performance through feedback and mentorship Required Skills and Qualifications Must-Have: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field Must have a personal laptop for work purposes Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver's license for field travel Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Basic understanding of customer relationship management concepts Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Highly motivated and goal-oriented with eagerness to learn Strong ability to build rapport and connect with clients Exceptional prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Nice-to-Have: Engineering background or work with technical/AI products Previous internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or customer service Experience in building professional relationships Participation in business or sales-related extracurricular activities Compensation Monthly Stipend: ?15,000 per month Travel & Daily Allowance: ?5,000 per month Incentives: Incentive per lead generated (can be discussed based on performance) Application Process To apply, please submit your resume.
