Business Development (BD) Intern
As a Business Development Intern at BeyondCraft, you will have the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing software consulting firm that specializes in custom software design and development. Your main responsibilities will include conducting detailed research to identify potential customers, markets, and strategic partnerships, generating and qualifying leads through various channels, creating pitch decks and professional proposals, and maintaining and analyzing data in CRM tools for smooth workflow and accurate reporting. You will collaborate with marketing teams to support outreach campaigns and lead generations, schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups, and participate in brainstorming sessions, pipeline reviews, and business meetings with the team. Additionally, you will assist in developing and improving sales strategies to drive business growth. Ideal candidates for this internship are those pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields with basic knowledge of sales pipelines, CRM tools, and market research. Strong communication skills, lead generation abilities, and proficiency in creating pitch decks and proposals are essential. Being self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player will help you excel in this role. Throughout this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in real-world B2B/B2C business development, exposure to client communication, lead nurturing, and sales strategy execution. You will have opportunities to work directly with founders and sales leaders, with the chance to earn a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on your performance.
