Beverage Production Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Ambali Production Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, fermenting, and maintaining high-quality Ambali, ensuring consistency, hygiene, and taste standards in every batch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process ingredients (millets, water, and other additives) for Ambali.
• Monitor fermentation process to achieve the right taste, texture, and quality.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the production area.
• Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients accurately according to recipes.
• Package Ambali in bottles/jars and ensure proper labeling.
• Conduct basic quality checks (taste, consistency, shelf-life).
• Maintain production logs and reports.
• Assist in inventory management of raw materials and supplies.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Prior experience in food/beverage production, preferably traditional drinks, fermented products, or millets.
• Knowledge of fermentation and hygiene practices is a plus.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina for handling production tasks and equipment.
