Serves as the primary contact for clients and plan vendors. Ensure client benefit plans accuracy, perform quality checks of benefits-related data. Assist clients and members with benefit claims issues, plan changes, enroll clients with carriers and Process life status changes Respond to benefits inquires on plan provisions. Process and administers leave of absence requests and disability paperwork. Provide reports for allocation and billing. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Organizational Skills Teamwork Enthusiasm Willingness to learn Interpersonal skills Flexibility Proactive Decisive Education Experience: Associates Degree or above 3-5 years of group benefit experience
