- Utilize our provided spreadsheet template to create detailed Excel benefit proposals.

- Extract and incorporate information from insurance carrier quotes, including premium details and benefit plan designs.

- Develop Excel proposals that clearly outline employee, employer, and total contributions.

- Review and merge multiple Excel census files, highlighting any missing information required for proposals.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in preparing health insurance proposals from major insurance carriers, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.

- In-depth understanding of employee benefits, particularly health insurance and how different plans function.

- Ability to analyze and synthesize data effectively, ensuring accuracy and clarity in proposals.
