Job Description

You will play a crucial role in providing direction, expertise, and support to business units on benefits program functions at Vanguard. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and delivering benefits policies in alignment with the global enterprise strategy. - Serving as an inquiry escalation point for benefits-related queries. - Processing data collection and input for the global benefits database. - Participating in and managing projects of moderate to high complexity. - Partnering with legal, risk, and finance partners to ensure regulatory compliance. - Evaluating selected business changes with benefits implications. - Providing consultation to business and HR leadership on global benefits issues. - Conducting evaluations on benefit plan market competitiveness globally. - Implementing communication programs and training on self-service access for benefits program transparency. - Building and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of benefit practices for multiple industries. - Designing and managing comprehensive employee benefit programs. - Conducting benchmarking and cost analysis to evaluate benefits coverage. - Providing guidance and communication to employees and management on benefit plan features. - Collaborating with external advisors to implement effective benefits solutions. - Participating in special projects and performing other assigned duties. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits administration, design, or analysis. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Strong expertise in benefits program design, benchmarking, cost analysis, vendor management, compliance, and communication. This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana at Vanguard's India office. Only qualified external applicants will be considered.
