Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bending Machine Operator to join our cleanroom manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC/NC bending machines for sheet metal fabrication used in cleanroom panels, modular partitions, and related components. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate 

  CNC/NC bending machine

   to bend sheet metal as per drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret 

  technical drawings, blueprints, and measurement tools

  .
• Set up machine parameters such as tooling, angle, thickness, and bending sequence.
• Ensure 

  high accuracy and quality

   in bending operations.
• Inspect finished components to meet 

  dimension tolerance and quality standards

  .
• Maintain the machine, tools, and workspace in clean and safe working condition.
• Work closely with production supervisors to meet daily production targets.
• Follow 

  safety guidelines

   and 

  standard operating procedures

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 

  1–3 years

   experience as a Bending / CNC Press Brake Machine Operator (preferably in sheet metal fabrication).
• Knowledge of 

  sheet metal grades

  , bending allowances, and surface finishes.
• Ability to read and understand 

  fabrication drawings

  .
• Strong understanding of 

  measuring instruments

   such as Vernier Caliper, Scale, Angle Gauge.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
• Commitment to maintaining quality and safety.

Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory):

• Experience in 

  Cleanroom / Modular Panel Industry

  .
• Knowledge of 

  Aluminium / GI / SS fabrication

  .
• Familiar with 

  AutoCAD drawings

   (basic reading).

Education:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Fabrication or equivalent qualification.

Salary Range: As per industrial standards

Working Hours: 9-6
