Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT staffing, with expertise in marketing IT consultants and placing them in suitable roles. This position requires excellent networking skills, market knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: * Market Bench IT consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, USC) to direct clients, vendors, and Tier-1 vendors. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure successful placements. * Work closely with Bench consultants to understand their skills, preferences, and career goals. * Proactively source new client requirements from job boards, social media, and professional networks. * Ensure quick turnaround on matching Bench resources with client job openings. * Negotiate contracts and rates with clients and vendors to maximize placements. * Maintain a pipeline of active consultants, keeping track of their availability and project end dates. * Work with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with policies. * Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and changes in IT staffing regulations. * Engage in continuous networking, relationship-building, and market research. * Utilize platforms like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools for lead generation. * Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, agreements, and client requirements. * Maintain accurate and real-time records of submissions, interviews, and placements
