We have opening for BenchSales Recruiter for marketing candidates. (2 positions) We have opening for Bench Lead/Manager to manage entire bench candidates and recruiters. We have Opening for US IT Recruiter to find candidates for our open positions. Above are 3 different roles. Role & responsibilities for Benchsales Recruiter Find, market, and sell consultants who are available for placement on projects, focusing on building relationships with vendors and clients to secure placements and achieve sales targets. Role & responsibilities for Bench Lead/Manager Managing Bench Recruiters and Bench candidates along with individual contribution. Role & responsibilities For US IT Recruiter Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified IT professionals Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals Create compelling job descriptions and employment brand materials Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates qualifications and fit Coordinate and potentially conduct technical assessments or coding challenges Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members Prepare candidates and interviewers for the interview process. Gather and synthesize feedback from interviewer. Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates Act as an ambassador for the company, effectively communicating its culture and valuesWe have opening for US IT Recruiter to source profiles for open positions.
