Role & responsibilities : Marketing the profiles based on their technologies and finally closing that profile. Finding the perfect position for the profile after that coordinating with the candidates and following up for further steps. Conducted interviews to assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, experience. Built strong relation with internal and external candidates to ensure an excellent experience. Screening the profiles & Scheduling candidates interviews with the companies for requirements Co-ordinate interviews. Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools. Work Location: ECIL, Hitech-City, AS Rao Nagar.
