Job Title : Bench Sales Recruiter (2-5 years) Job Location : Hi-Tech City, Madhapur, Hyderabad Work Timing : 7:30 PM IST 4:30 AM IST Openings: 10 Job description: Bench Sales Recruiter Prior experience in US IT Bench Sales. Marketing the bench consultants and maintain a good relationship with them. Experience with full cycle of Sales, gathering requirements, submitting the consultants, confirming the best rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals. Gathering requirements for consultants from Tier-1 Vendors of clients, Job portals and other networking techniques. Knowledge with USA visa categories. Experience working with H1B visas on C2C tax terms. Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions and following up regarding the rates and client interviews.
