Role & responsibilities Person needs to follow a full Recruitment life cycle. Starting from sourcing CV , Screening, negotiating rates, coordinating with clients, follow up till offer and joining of the candidate Needs to market consultants at bench. Go through the resume you are going to market .Have to make sure you know every part of the resume and skills they have used in the project . based on the technologies you have to search for the various permanent job openings across the US market on the various job sites like Dice, Google, career builder , simply hired etc.. and submitting the resume . posting resumes on behalf of consultants into various job portals . figures out the best requirements in the sense those requirements which are dealt by the preferred vendors of the vendors of the Direct / End clients makes a contact with the clients & confirms whether the requirements is for their direct clients or not Preferred candidate profile 3-6 years of experience in bench sales or US IT recruitment (C2C/W2). Strong understanding of the US market, including current trends and technologies. Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement over phone calls.
