Job Description

Immediate Hiring | Bench Sales Recruiters (0.6 4 Years) Onsite | Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

  • Market IT Bench Consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, EAD, H4 EAD, TN Visa) to vendors and direct clients.
  • Source suitable requirements through portals like

    Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed

    , etc.
  • Handle

    rate negotiations

    ,

    interview coordination

    , and ensure

    successful placements

    .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners

    .
  • Maintain and update databases for

    submissions, interviews, and placements

    .
  • Collaborate with

    HR and Accounts teams

    for onboarding and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of

    US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

    and

    Visa classifications

    .

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6 months to 4 years of experience in

    US Bench Sales / US IT Staffing

    .
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    US IT recruitment processes

    and tax terminology.
  • Target-driven, energetic, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willing to work in Night Shift (US EST Time Zone).
