Job description Role: Bench Sales Recruiter Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES: • Ability to build relationships with Prime Vendor & Recruiters on a daily basis. • Focus on Quality Submissions on a daily basis. • Attend Team Meetings on a daily basis to go over the accomplishments. • Be accountable for the work assigned on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. • Understand Organizations Objectives & Goals; And measure the Targets using KPIs. • Should have Fundamental Understanding of Information Technology Concepts. • Organize a Daily Schedule based on the tasks assigned. • Ability to Answer questions for the clients and team members as needed. . CAPABILITIES/KEY COMPETENCIES: • Have At least 3 - 5 Years Experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter. • Good Communication Skills • Leadership Capabilities • Wear multiple hats as needed. • Build Healthy relationships with Cross Functional Teams and Individuals in their team. Education: • Bachelors or MBA Preferred.
