Job Title: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter Experience Required: 4-6 Years Location of Posting: Hyderabad (HITEC CITY) Timings - 06:30PM - 03:30AM Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any stream Position Overview: As a US Bench Sales Recruiter at Cogent Data Solutions, you will leverage your direct relationships with Tier 1 recruiters to ensure the successful placement of our bench candidates. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing vendor communications, and driving growth through these key connections. Requirements : 4-6 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or in a similar role. Direct relationships with Tier 1 Vendors (American) are essential. Knowledge of visa classifications (H1B, OPT, H4 EAD, GC). Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Excellent phone etiquette and cold-calling skills. Ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities : Utilize direct contacts with Tier 1 Vendors (American) to secure opportunities for bench candidates. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and place candidates. Negotiate contracts, rates, and placements with vendors. Proactively pursue new business opportunities with Tier 1 vendors. Ensure consistent follow-ups to maintain client satisfaction. Meet sales and placement targets.
