Bench Sales Recruiter (Remote)

US Bench Sales

What You'll Do

Market available consultants (W2, C2C, and 1099) to
direct clients and Tier-1 vendors
.
Bring leads and network to maximize consultant placement opportunities.
Handle the
complete recruitment life cycle
from requirement sourcing to placement closure.
Coordinate with consultants regularly for marketing updates and engagement.
Build and maintain vendor and client relationships for continuous business growth.
Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-up until billing begins.

What We're Looking For

Minimum
1+ year experience
in Bench Sales within
US IT Staffing
.
Proven experience in marketing OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and US Citizen consultants.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently with accountability and professionalism.
Existing vendor/client network is a strong plus.
