Senior Bench Sales Recruiter Location: Hyderabad, Onsite Experience: 5+ years Full-time - 6:30pm to 3:30am Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team! The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT Bench Sales, a strong network of vendors, and the ability to mentor and manage a team while ensuring successful placements of consultants. Key Responsibilities: Market and place IT consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, TN, and US citizens) on contract positions. Build and maintain strong vendor and client relationships for successful placements. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize placement success. Negotiate contract terms, rates, and agreements with vendors and clients. Work closely with recruiters and account managers to align hiring needs. Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn) and vendor portals for job searches. Track consultant submissions, interview schedules, and onboarding processes. Guide and mentor junior recruiters on best sales practices and strategies. Manage and lead a team of bench sales recruiters, setting performance goals and ensuring targets are met. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales. Strong knowledge of US recruitment and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099). Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, indeed, and LinkedIn. Ability to work independently and meet targets Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
