Job Title : Bench Sales Placement Specialist (US Market) Experience : 1-4 Years Location : Bengaluru Job Type : Full-Time (on-site) Timings: Night Shift ( 7:00pm to 4:30am IST) Job Description : We are seeking a Bench Sales Placement Specialist with 1-4 years of experience in US IT staffing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience marketing bench candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC) and placing them in Corp-to-Corp (C2C) positions across the US. You will be responsible for managing relationships with vendors, clients, and candidates to ensure successful placements. Key Responsibilities : Market bench candidates for contract positions in the US IT market using various job boards, vendor networks, and other platforms. Identify potential clients and build relationships to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities for bench candidates. Screen, negotiate, and submit candidates for open job requirements on C2C . Establish and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors and direct clients . Maintain and update the database of bench candidates, ensuring all profiles, skillsets, and availability are accurate. Negotiate terms, rates, and contracts with clients and vendors to ensure successful placements. Stay up-to-date on US visa regulations , tax terms, and legal requirements for C2C placements. Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, including preparation for interviews, feedback follow-up, and post-placement support. Track and report weekly activity, placements, and bench movements to the management team. Qualifications : 1-4 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales , focusing on C2C placements . Proven experience marketing bench candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to vendors and clients. Strong knowledge of US staffing , C2C placements, and visa classifications. Familiarity with ATS , job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn), and VMS portals. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Knowledge of contracting rates and market trends in the US IT staffing industry. Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred.
