Roles and Responsibilities Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Lead / Accounts Manager located in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the recruitment process, specifically within the IT sector, and will be responsible for identifying, screening, and placing candidates from our bench. Key Responsibilities Effectively market bench candidates to potential clients. Business Development by reaching out to stakeholders and vendors. Goal Setting and Tracking to onboard the vendor Engage with clients to understand their staffing needs and present suitable candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and consultants. Negotiate rates and contracts with clients and candidates to ensure mutual satisfaction. Identify and source potential job opportunities for bench candidates through various channels. Ensure all compliance requirements are met during the hiring process. Maintain and update records of candidates, job requirements, and placements. Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, client interactions, and candidate status.
