Job Summary:Bellonii Consultancy , a leading Real Estate Consultancy firm in Chennai, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil AutoCAD Draftsman with approximately 1 to 3 years of proven experience. This role requires a strong understanding of Architecture drafting principles, proficiency in AutoCAD software. The ability to work effectively within a team and manage project timelines is essential.Responsibilities:Prepare detailed 2D drawings for Building Approvals, Layout Approvals, Preliminary Building Plan, Flat 2D Model, Section and Elevation of Buildings, site plans and other related ,drawings using AutoCAD.Develop and maintain accurate drawing setsCollaborate closely with civil engineers, surveyors, and other project team members to clarify design requirements and resolve any drafting-related issues.Review and revise drawings based on feedback and markups from Architects and Clients.Maintain organized drawing files and project documentation in accordance with firm procedures.Potentially assist with site visits to gather information or verify existing conditions.Qualifications:Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related technical field.Minimum of 1 to 3 years of demonstrable experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman specifically within the civil engineering & Architecture domain.Proven proficiency in AutoCAD software (specify versions if preferred).Strong understanding of civil engineering drafting principles, symbology, and terminology.Ability to interpret and work with survey data (e.g., total station data, contour maps).Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and preferably Tamil.Basic knowledge of other Software's like Revit, or BIM software or Rendering Software is a plus.Skills:AutoCAD Proficiency (Expert Level for Civil Engineering Drawings)Interpretation of Survey DataAttention to DetailAccuracyProblem-SolvingCommunication (English and preferably Tamil)TeamworkTime ManagementOrganization
